I have a litany of things we can do everyday that science has proven to boost your happiness chemicals. Many we tend to overlook, forget or adhere to societal pressures that we are not allowed to take the time to do them. Take singing for example simply singing five minutes a day can improve your mood boost your happiness chemicals, boost cortisol, and enhance your memory. Imagine a scenario where you start enjoying the smaller parts of life again. Happiness is more consistent and less reliant on external factors.
