Hi, this is Reclaim Happy here to discuss grief. Have you lost someone or something in your life? Or are you about to lose someone or something? Do you have regrets? Do you wish you could have done more? For those that have passed on have you questioned what happens after death? Or are you fearing death? I struggled with the idea of death for most of my life. Questioning why certain people die early, I lost family members, and just repressed feelings just to get by, and then went on my own personal journey, and now I see grief and death in a completely different light. And it's very freeing—my approaches work with whatever belief system you have to what happens to us after death. I've had good success with helping clients deal with the loss of parents or other members in their circle. One technique I've employed is actually guiding clients through a visualization where they connect with their loved ones and they felt an energetic connection. Imagine a scenario where you greatly reduce grief for someone that you've lost. Freeing up energy for you to live your life again. Visualize where we can slice and dice the idea of death and after life scenarios. So you firm up your own belief system. So you're better able to handle death. Imagine you get to a place where you eliminate regrets or feelings that you could have done more for those that you've lost. These are all possible, and I can help get you there thank you.
