Dealing with Depression?

Low mood, low energy, minimal interest in doing things. Dealing with depression, holding onto the past, feeling of having let people down.

Hi this is Reclaim Happy here to talk about low mood or depression. Are you feeling down sad or have a low amount of hope? Do you have bouts of low mood? Minimal energy or a low interest in doing things. Do you live in regret? Do you feel like you've let people down? Do you hold on to the past? Whether you have full on depression, moderate depression or just bouts of low mood, I believe I can be an asset. I dealt with moderate depression in my past where I felt a heavy guilt for the world's problems and some of my past actions. But I went on my journey. I eliminated all depression and guilt. People ask why are we stuck. Well we have old thoughts and patterns which then gets fed into our personal reality aka the way we see the world. Which then if we repeat over and over again gets fed into our reality. Have you ever chatted about the past with someone and both of you have different recollections? Neuroscience has proven that 50% Of our memories are actually false. We retain notable parts of past events but start to fabricate the details because there's a part of our mind that prefers us to stay stuck in this mode. As it serves as a source of fuel, cognitive behavioral therapy and other methods I employ will help educate you on the different parts of the mind. Why we operate the way we do. And help break these patterns. Imagine a situation where you let go of the deadweight past to better enjoy the present visualizing having more and more of a consistent mood and interest in activities.
